It’s impossible to burp in space.

Burping in space may seem like a fun activity, but it’s actually impossible. That’s because the lack of gravity in space means that the air and gas in our stomachs can’t escape in the same way they do on Earth. On Earth, burping is caused by a combination of the air we swallow and the gas produced by the bacteria in our stomachs. When we swallow air, it moves down our esophagus and into our stomachs.
